GENERAL SHIPPING/ORDER PROCESSING

Free shipping is offered to all purchases over $125.

Savvy Medical Scrubs will only accept orders with shipping addresses that is a physical address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

ORDERS ARE PROCESSED MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:00AM-3:00PM CST

Orders placed after 3:00 PM on a Friday will not be processed until the next business day (Monday, excluding holidays).

Please allow 2-3 days of production time for your order to ship out. Once your order is placed it takes our system up to 24 hours to process the actual payment. Then your items are shipped out within 2-3 business days from processed payment time (most times a lot sooner). Once items are shipped, you will receive an updated email confirmation with a tracking number for your order. 

If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days, please email us at info@savvymedicalcrubs.com. Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 2-3 business days, but is often less.
 This is not including holidays and when delivery carriers are closed.
