Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges:

We would like to thank you for shopping with Savvy Medical Scrubs. If for some reason you need to return or exchange an item, you have 7 Business Days to return or exchange your order. Unfortunately, after 7 business days we will not be able to honor your refund or exchange. To start a return, please contact us at info@savvymedicalscrubs.com or via the contact us Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/not worn, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, must be in the original packaging with tags attached, odor and stain free. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 


Please Note:

All returns are at the cost of the customers. Original shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

We will only pay return shipping and replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Due to health codes, compression socks and medical instruments may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect. If you are shipping an item over $50, we encourage you to use a trackable shipping service such as USPS or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Exchanges

You may exchange items for a different size or color if the item is in stock within 7 business days without any additional charges.
