Group Order Policy

Minimum Order Quantity:

To qualify for group pricing and benefits, group orders must consist of a minimum of 10 or more students.

Discounts and Pricing Tiers:

Enjoy discounted rates based on the size of your group order. For group orders with 10-30 students, a 10% discount will be applied to the regular price. For larger orders of 30 or more students, a 15% discount will be provided.

Customization Options:

We offer customization options, including embroidery, for group orders. Additional charges will apply based on the complexity and size of the customizations. Please note that embroidery services and customized orders are nonrefundable, unless there was an error made in embroidering your garment.

Order Coordination:

To ensure smooth order coordination, please assign a point of contact within the group who will liaise with our team. They will be responsible for providing necessary information, confirming order details, and communicating with group members.

Order Deadline:

All group orders must be submitted within 30 days of the uniform fitting. This allows our team sufficient time to process and fulfill orders, accommodate customizations, and address any potential delays due to backordered items, or shipping delays. Once the order is confirmed and fulfilled, it will be delivered to the school within 14-21 business days.

Payment and Shipping:

We accept payment for group orders via invoice, cash, debit card, or credit card. Shop Pay is available for purchases of $50 or more. Shipping costs will be waived for group orders of 10 or more students during the first 30 days after the in-person uniform fitting. All orders will be subject to a $5 handling fee. 

Refund Policy:

If for some reason you need a refund, you have up to 14 business days. Due to special ordering, once orders are fulfilled there will be a 15% restocking fee applied to the return. We will exchange items if they are defective.  Please notify us via our contact us form to initiate a refund. All embroidery services and customized orders are nonrefundable. 

Please note:

If group orders are not placed by the deadline, the group pricing and benefits may not be applicable. Our team will still fulfill individual orders; however, students will be responsible for shipping costs and any special services. Group benefits will only apply if the orders consist of 10 or more students.
